 First
of all, to dispel a nasty rumor, it doesn't rain here all of the time
? just most of the time. But for those seeking adventure and majestic
beauty, Washington is well worth dealing with a couple raindrops.
Beyond the Pacific coast, Washington offers up several forests and parks, including several that line the famous Cascades. Check out Lake Roosevelt for fishing and sailing. And, for the skilled mountaineers, it doesn't get any more exciting than climbing Mount Rainier.
